老年鼻出血患者的急救护理干预措施及实施效果分析

Emergency nursing intervention measures and implementation effect analysis of elderly patients with epistaxis

目的分析急救护理干预措施在老年鼻出血患者中的实施效果。方法选择2018年12月~2021年12月期间本院急诊科收治的50例老年鼻出血患者。给予回顾性研究,将采取常规护理措施的25例患者设为对照组,将采取急救护理干预措施的25例患者设为研究组。组间对比急救时间、有效止血率、患者满意度、住院时间。结果研究组的急救时间为(14.18±2.10)分钟,短于对照组的(26.29±3.23)分钟;研究组的住院时间为(7.33±1.18)日,短于对照组的(10.49±1.87)日,统计学对比均有差异(P<0.05)。研究组的患者满意率为100%,高于对照组的80%;研究组的有效止血率为100%,高于对照组的84%,统计学对比均有差异(P<0.05)。结论急救护理干预措施在老年鼻出血患者中实施效果非常显著,不仅出血可以得到有效控制,急救时间和住院时间也会得到明显缩短,并且患者对护理工作感到更加满意。

Objective To analyze the effect of emergency nursing intervention in elderly patients with epistaxis.Methods Fifty elderly patients with epistaxis admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were selected.A retrospective study was given,25 patients who took routine nursing measures were set as the control group,and 25 patients who took emergency nursing interventions were set as the research group.The first aid time,effective hemostasis rate,patient satisfaction,and hospital stay were compared between groups.Results The emergency time of the study group was(14.18±2.10)minutes,which was shorter than that of the control group(26.29±3.23)minutes;the hospitalization time of the study group was(7.33±1.18)days,which was shorter than that of the control group(10.49±1.87).There were differences in statistical comparison(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction rate in the study group was 100%,higher than 80%in the control group;the effective hemostasis rate in the study group was 100%,higher than 84%in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of emergency nursing interventions in elderly patients with epistaxis is very effective,not only can the bleeding be effectively controlled,but also the emergency time and hospitalization time can be significantly shortened,and the patients are more satisfied with the nursing work.
