小儿急性上呼吸道感染护理中舒适护理的临床应用效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of comfortable nursing in nursing of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection

目的:探讨舒适护理在急性上呼吸道感染患儿治疗中的临床效果。方法:选择我院急性上呼吸道感染的96例患儿作为研究对象采取抽签发分为对照组和实验组,每组各48例。对照组行常规护理干预,实验组行舒适护理干预。对比两组患儿症状改善时间、住院总天数、护理满意度和护理前后疼痛与不适量表评分。结果:与对照组相比,实验组的症状改善时间、住院总天数、疼痛与不适量表评分明显减少,护理满意度明显提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性上呼吸道感染患儿应用舒适护理模式,可有效提升患儿的临床疗效和护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comfort nursing in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:96 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention and the experimental group received comfort nursing intervention.The symptom improvement time,total length of hospital stay,nursing satisfaction and pain and comfort scale scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the symptom improvement time and total length of hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly reduced,and the scores of pain and comfort scale and nursing satisfaction were significantly improved in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfort nursing model in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of children,which is worthy of promotion.
