循证护理在鼻咽癌放射治疗后张口困难患者中的应用研究

Application of evidence-based nursing in patients with mouth opening difficulty after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

目的分析循证护理模式在鼻咽癌患者放射治疗后张口困难中的应用价值。方法随机选取我院肿瘤放疗科2020年1月~2021年8月期间就诊并接受放射治疗的60例鼻咽癌患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将患者分为两组,对照组30例使用常规护理方案,观察组30例则进行循证护理干预,对比张口困难发生率、张口间距指标。结果观察组张口困难12例(40.00%),对照组张口困难20例(66.67%),数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组平均张口间距(4.27±1.13)cm,对照组平均张口间距(2.45±0.78)cm,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌张口困难护理中,使用循证护理模式的价值较高,能够改善张口困难问题,扩大张口间距,相关护理模式值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing mode in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma with difficult mouth opening after radiotherapy.Methods Randomly selected from our hospital tumor radiotherapy department from January 2020 to August 2021 during the visits and the 60 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated with radiotherapy as the research object,with random number table method divided the patients into two groups,control group of 30 cases with conventional care scheme,the observation group had 30 cases of evidence-based nursing intervention,the incidence of contrast with open mouth,mouth distance indicators.Results There were 12 cases(40.00%)with dysphagia in the observation group and 20 cases(66.67%)in the control group,and the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the average mouth opening distance in the observation group was(4.27±1.13)cm,and that in the control group was(2.45±0.78)cm,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with mouth opening difficulty,the use of evidence-based nursing mode is of high value,can improve the problem of mouth opening difficulty,expand mouth opening distance,and the related nursing mode is worth promoting.
