分析激励式护理对喉癌术后患者的护理效果情况

To analyze the effect of motivational nursing on postoperative laryngeal cancer patients

目的研究激励式护理对喉癌术后患者护理效果造成的影响。方法选取我院2020年9月1日~2022年9月收治的60例喉癌患者作为研究对象,以奇偶数交替方式分组,对照组纳入30例患者,自愿接受常规护理方案,其余30例为观察组患者,在常规护理基础上,增加术后激励式护理,比较两组护理依从性、满意度、疼痛感、睡眠质量、自我效能感、负性心理。结果观察组完全依从、部分依从例数增加,护理依从性与对照组比较后,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组,患者疼痛感减轻,睡眠质量良好,组间差异明显(P<0.05);观察组GSES自我效能感评分提高、SAS、SDS量表分值低于对照组,患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在喉癌术后患者护理中,采取激励式护理措施产生的效果良好,能够提高护理依从性与满意度,有利于减轻患者疼痛感,并改善睡眠质量。激励式护理也能够缓解焦虑、抑郁负性心理,使得患者自我效能感提升。

Objective To study the influence of motivational nursing on the nursing effect of postoperative laryngeal cancer patients.Methods 60 patients with laryngeal cancer admitted to our hospital from September 1,2020 to September 22 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into odd even number alternating groups.The control group included 30 patients who volunteered to accept the routine nursing program.The other 30 patients were the observation group.On the basis of routine nursing,postoperative incentive nursing was added,and the nursing compliance,satisfaction,pain,sleep quality,self-efficacy,and negative psychology of the two groups were compared.Results The number of cases of complete compliance and partial compliance in the observation group increased,and the nursing compliance was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05);Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The VAS score and PSQI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The pain of the patients was relieved,and the sleep quality was good,with significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);The scores of GSES self-efficacy,SAS and SDS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the symptoms of anxiety and depression in the patients were improved.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with laryngeal cancer after operation,the incentive nursing measures have good effects,can improve the compliance and satisfaction of nursing,help to reduce the pain of patients,and improve the quality of sleep.Encouraging nursing can also alleviate the negative psychology of anxiety and depression,and improve the self-efficacy of patients.
