经鼻气道内留置吸痰管护理在重症昏迷患者中的应用价值分析

Application value analysis of nursing with indwelling sputum suction tube in nasal airway in patients with severe coma

目的分析研究经鼻气道内留置吸痰管护理的应用价值。方法选取本院70例重症昏迷患者作为本次研究对象,时间为2020年10月-2021年10月,随机将所有患者分为参照组行常规护理和研究组行经鼻气道内留置吸痰管护理,各35例,比较两组效果。结果研究组肺部感染发生率为2.86%,参照组为20.00%(P<0.05),研究组患者护理后血压分压均值为(75.23±10.56)mmHg,二氧化碳分压均值为(46.12±2.58)mmHg,参照组分别为(61.53±10.23)mmHg、(49.88±10.20)mmHg,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论经鼻气道内留置吸痰管护理的应用价值更高,值得临床借鉴以及采纳。

Objective To analyze the application value of nursing with indwelling sputum suction tube in nasal airway.Methods A total of 70 patients with severe coma in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The time was from October 2020 to October 2021.All patients were randomly divided into the control group,which received routine nursing care,and the research group,which received nursing with indwelling sputum suction tube through the nasal airway.,35 cases each,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of pulmonary infection in the study group was 2.86%,and that in the reference group was 20.00%(P<0.05).The mean blood pressure partial pressure of the patients in the research group after nursing was(75.23±10.56)mmHg,and the mean carbon dioxide partial pressure was(46.12±2.58)mmHg,the reference group was(61.53±10.23)mmHg,(49.88±10.20)mmHg,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing with indwelling sputum suction tube through nasal airway has higher application value and is worthy of clinical reference and adoption.
