探讨更换胃管时胃液滴入咽喉致胃食管反流病的护理效果观察

Observation on nursing effect of gastroesophageal reflux disease caused by gastric drip into throat when changing gastric tube

目的观察并分析更换胃管时由于胃液滴入咽喉所引起的胃食管反流病的护理干预应用效果。方法将本院收治的胃食管反流病患者62例,随机分为两组各31例。参照组接受常规护理,实验组则在参照组基础上接受护理干预,对比两组护理前后的效果。结果护理前,两组RDQ(胃食管反流病问卷)评分、QOL(生活质量指数评定表)评分均无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后,实验组的RDQ评分明显低于参照组、QOL评分明显高于参照组(P<0.05),且实验组护理满意度93.55%明显高于参照组的护理满意度61.29%(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在更换胃管时由于胃液滴入咽喉所引起的胃食管反流病患者中的应用,能够促进患症状的有效改善,使得患者的生活质量明显提升,并提高护理满意度,值得今后临床借鉴以及运用。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)caused by gastric dripping into the throat during gastric tube replacement.Methods 62 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received nursing intervention on the basis of the reference group,and the effects before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in RDQ(Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Questionnaire)score and QOL(Quality of Life Index)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the RDQ score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,The QOL score was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.55%significantly higher than that of the reference group,which was 61.29%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease caused by gastric dripping into the throat during gastric tube replacement can promote the effective improvement of symptoms,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthwhile in the future.Clinical reference and application.
