探讨ICU气管插管拔除后经鼻导管湿化高流量吸氧患者的护理效果

To explore the nursing effect of high-flow oxygen inhalation patients through nasal cannula humidification after tracheal intubation in ICU

目的分析经鼻导管湿化高流量吸氧患者在ICU治疗过程中拔除气管后的护理效果。方法将2020年3月-2021年3月本院接诊的ICU气管插管拔除患者66例,随机分为两组各33例。接受常规护理的为参照组,接受优质护理的为研究组,对比两组效果。结果患者在接受研究组方案护理后BE及PaO_(2)指标更高,PaCO_(2)指标更低,数据于组间显示出明显差异(P<0.05)。患者在接受研究组干预后各种并发症发生的几率明显更低,数据可见明显差异(P<0.05)。结论经鼻导管湿化高流量吸氧患者在ICU治疗过程中,拔除气管后接受优质护理,能够有效促进患者血氧供应量的提升,减少各种并发症的发生.

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of nasal cannula humidification and high-flow oxygen inhalation patients after trachea removal during ICU treatment.Methods A total of 66 patients with tracheal intubation in the ICU admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 33 cases in each group.Those who received routine care were the reference group,those who received high-quality care were the research group,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results BE and PaO_(2)indexes were higher and PaCO_(2)indexes were lower in patients after receiving the regimen of the study group,and the data showed significant differences between groups(P<0.05).The incidence of various complications after the intervention of the study group was significantly lower,and the data showed significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion High-flow oxygen inhalation patients through nasal cannula humidification receive high-quality nursing after removing the trachea during ICU treatment,which can effectively improve the blood oxygen supply and reduce the occurrence of various complications.
