生物安全柜在恶性头颈肿瘤化疗药物配制中的应用效果

Application of biosafety cabinet in the preparation of chemotherapy drugs for malignant head and neck tumors

目的观察分析配制恶性头颈肿瘤化疗药物利用生物安全柜的实际效果。方法选取在我院恶性头颈肿瘤化疗药物配置工作者共计50名,选取时间范围2021年1月至2022年1月,通过随机分组处理方式,将其中25名化疗药物配制者归于实验组,使其在恶性头颈肿瘤化疗药物配制中使用生物安全柜装置,余下25名化疗药物配制者纳入参照组,该组在恶性头颈肿瘤化疗药物配制中不使用生物安全柜装置。对两组药物配制者的白细胞减少发生率、月经不调发生率以及工作满意情况进行对比观察。结果实验组白细胞减少共0例,发生概率为0.00%,月经失调共有2例,发生概率为8.00%,参照组白细胞减少共6例,发生概率为24.00%,月经失调共9例,发生概率为36.00%,组间对比意义显著(P<0.05);实验组工作满意度达到100.00%(0/25),相较于参照组72.00%(18/25)明显偏高,组间对比意义显著(P<0.05)。结论将生物安全柜装置运用到恶性头颈肿瘤化疗药物配制过程中,能够减少药物配制者的白细胞降低概率与月经不调发生概率,使药物配置者的工作满意度进一步提升。

Objective To observe and analyze the actual effect of preparing chemotherapy drugs for malignant head and neck tumors using biosafety cabinets.Methods A total of 50 chemotherapy drug dispensing workers for malignant head and neck tumors in our hospital were selected from January 2021 to January 2022.Through random grouping,25 of them were assigned to the experimental group,so that they could use biosafety cabinets in the preparation of chemotherapy drugs for malignant head and neck tumors,and the remaining 25 chemotherapy drug dispensing workers were included in the reference group,The group did not use the biosafety cabinet device in the preparation of chemotherapy drugs for malignant head and neck tumors.The incidence of leukopenia,irregular menstruation and job satisfaction of the two groups of drug makers were compared.Results There were 0 cases of leukopenia in the experimental group,with an incidence rate of 0.00%,2 cases of menstrual disorders,with an incidence rate of 8.00%,6 cases of leukopenia in the reference group,with an incidence rate of 24.00%,and 9 cases of menstrual disorders,with an incidence rate of 36.00%.The comparison between groups was significant(P<0.05);The job satisfaction of the experimental group reached 100.00%(0/25),which was significantly higher than that of the reference group72.00%(18/25),with significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of biosafety cabinet device in the preparation of chemotherapy drugs for malignant head and neck tumors can reduce the probability of leukocytosis reduction and the probability of irregular menstruation of drug makers,and further enhance the job satisfaction of drug makers.
