摘要 绘本阅读推广是目前图书馆以及相关机构为了促进绘本阅读面向儿童群体所开展的主要读者服务之一。文章采用访谈法和文献调研法,回溯性梳理吴翠红及其团队十余年儿童绘本阅读推广实践历程,认为在其努力下,广州图书馆和广州少年儿童图书馆成为我国绘本阅读推广领域内优秀的行业典范,并在空间建设、推广模式、人员培训、基地搭建和宣传推广等方面为其他图书馆提供了鲜活的实践案例。吴翠红团队秉承“知行合一”的理念,将多年以来的研究及实践成果凝结成理论与实践并重的三部专著,为图书馆提供了绘本阅读服务与推广的实用型工作指南。文章从行动准则、服务理念、工作方法、战略规划4个方面来说明吴翠红及其团队的绘本阅读推广实践的重要经验。 Picture book reading promotion is currently one of the main reader services for children developed by libraries and related institutions. Using interviews and literature research, the article retrospectively sorts out Wu Cuihong and her team’s more than ten years of pioneering picture book reading promotion practices, and finds that Guangzhou Library and Guangzhou Children’s Library have stood out in the field of picture book reading promotion as a result of their efforts. They have also provided valuable practical experience for other libraries in multiple dimensions such as space construction, activity forms, personnel training, and venue construction. Wu Cuihong’s team adheres to the concept of “unity of knowing and doing”, converting years of research and practical results into three monographs which equally emphasize theory and practice. They are useful practical guide for picture book reading. From the four aspects of action guidelines, service concepts, working methods,and strategic planning, the article showed the important experience of Wu Cuihong and her team in the practice of pragmatic and refined picture book reading promotion.
