双甲脒配合伊维菌素控制肉兔疥螨病的试验研究

Experimental Study on the Control of Sarcoptes in Meat Rabbits by Amitraz Combined with Ivermectin

为优化兔疥螨病的防控方法,将某兔场75只临床感染的基础母兔分为3组,分别口服0.2、0.3、0.4 mg/kg伊维菌素;其他存栏兔,均同时口服0.3 mg/kg伊维菌素;在口服伊维菌素的第6天,用500 mg/kg双甲脒对兔舍彻底带兔喷淋。结果:75只患兔及其他感染兔,在投喂伊维菌素48 h后,病灶骚痒症状明显减轻;72 h,病灶无新鲜的挠痒、啃痒的痕迹;第7天,病灶中皮屑消失,痂皮多已脱落,毛囊口长出3~4 mm新毛;第14天,原病灶区无痂皮,被新毛覆盖;第21天、第63天、第126天、第182天,全群存栏兔中均无临床感染者;3个试验组之间,康复速度和治愈率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果显示:口服0.3 mg/kg伊维菌素,第6天用500 mg/kg双甲脒溶液带兔喷淋,可有效治疗兔场的疥螨病。

In order to optimize the prevention and control methods of rabbit scabies,75 clinically infected female rabbits in a rabbit farm were divided into three groups:0.2,0.3 and 0.4 mg/kg ivermectin orally;Other rabbits on hand took 0.3 mg/kg ivermectin orally at the same time;On the 6th day of oral administration of ivermectin,the rabbit shed was thoroughly sprayed with 500 mg/kg amitraz.Results:The itching symptoms of 75 infected rabbits and other infected rabbits were significantly relieved 48 hours after Ivermectin administration;At 72 h,the lesion had no fresh scratch or gnawing marks;On the 7th day,the dandruff disappeared in the lesions,most of the scabs had fallen off,and 3~4mm of new hair protruded from the hair follicle mouth;On the 14th day,there was no scab in the original lesion area,which was covered with new hair;On the 21st,63rd,126th and 182nd days,there were no clinically infected rabbits in the whole population;There was no significant difference in rehabilitation speed and cure rate among the three test groups(P>0.05).The results showed that 0.3 mg/kg ivermectin orally and 500 mg/kg amitraz solution sprayed on rabbits on the sixth day could cure scabies in rabbit farms.
