中草药渣对湘东黑山羊生长性能、内脏器官发育、肉品质及脂肪酸的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal medicine residue on growth performance,visceral organ development,meat quality and fatty acids of Xiangdong black goats

试验旨在研究日粮中添加中草药渣对湘东黑山羊生长性能、内脏器官发育、肉品质及脂肪酸的影响。选取24只体重相近的湘东黑山羊公羊,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复2只羊。对照组(Ⅰ组)为基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加3%(Ⅱ组)、6%(Ⅲ组)和9%(Ⅳ组)的中草药渣。预试期10 d,正式试验期84 d。结果显示,试验组湘东黑山羊采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组瘤胃和脾脏指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅳ组网胃指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组肌肉a^(*)值显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅳ组b^(*)值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,中草药渣可以提高湘东黑山羊生长性能,对肌肉品质无不良影响,建议中草药渣添加比例为6%。

The study was to investigate the effects of dietary Chinese herbal medicine residue on growth performance,visceral organ development,meat quality and fatty acid of Xiangdong black goats.A total of 24 healthy Xiangdong black goats were randomly assigned to four groups with three replicates per group and two goats per replicate.The control group(groupⅠ)was basal diet,and the basal diet supplemented with 3%(group Ⅱ),6%(group Ⅲ)and 9%(group Ⅳ)Chinese herbal residue was used as the experimental group.The per-experimental period lasted for 10 days,and the experimental period was 84 days.The results showed that the feed intake in experimental group was significantly higher than groupⅠ(P<0.05),the average daily gain of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than group I(P<0.05).Tthe rumen and spleen indexes of group Ⅳ were significantly lower than group Ⅰ(P<0.05),the gastric index in Ⅳ was significantly higher than group Ⅰ(P<0.05).All experimental group a^(*)value and group Ⅳ b^(*)value were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that Chinese herbal medicine residue can improve the performance,and no adverse effect on muscle quality of Xiangdong black goats.It is recommended that the optimal level of Chinese herbal residue in diets is 6%.
