康柏西普对糖尿病视网膜病变患者视觉功能、氧化应激及血管生长因子的影响

The Influence of Conbercept for Visual Function,Oxidative Stress and Vascular Growth Factors of Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:探究康柏西普对糖尿病视网膜病变患者视觉功能、氧化应激及血管生长因子的影响。方法:将2020年1月-2022年1月景德镇市第三人民医院的86例糖尿病视网膜病变患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用曲安奈德治疗,观察组则采用康柏西普治疗。比较两组的糖尿病视网膜病变治疗总有效率、治疗前后的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、视敏度、氧化应激指标[血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(TAC)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、丙二醛(MDA)]及房水血管生长因子[血管内皮生长因子-A(VEGF-A)及血管内皮生长因子-B(VEGF-B)]。结果:观察组的糖尿病视网膜病变治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前两组的BCVA、视敏度、氧化应激指标及血管生长因子比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1、3个月后两组的上述指标均显著改善,观察组的BCVA及视敏度均显著优于对照组,SOD及TAC均显著高于对照组,LPO、MDA及血管生长因子均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康柏西普有助于改善糖尿病视网膜病变患者的视觉功能、氧化应激及血管生长因子,在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用价值相对更高。

Objective:To investigate the influence of Conbercept for visual function,oxidative stress and vascular growth factors of patients with diabetic retinopathy.Method:A total of 86 patients with diabetic retinopathy from January 2020 to January 2022 in the Third People's Hospital of Jingdezhen were divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group by the random number table method.The control group were treated with Triamcinolone Acetonide,the observation group were treated with Conbercept.Then the total effective rates for diabetic retinopathy,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),visual acuity,oxidative stress indexes[serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),total antioxidant capacity(TAC),lipid peroxide(LPO)and malondialdehyde(MDA)]and aqueous humor vascular growth factors[vascular endothelial growth factor-A(VEGF-A)and vascular endothelial growth factor-B(VEGF-B)]before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate for diabetic retinopathy of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the BCVA,visual acuity,oxidative stress indexes and vascular growth factors of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),those items of two groups at the first and third months after treatment were significantly improved,and the BCVA and visual acuity of observation group were significantly better than those of control group,the SOD and TAC were significantly higher than those of control group,the LPO,MDA and vascular growth factors were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Conbercept is helpful to the improvement of visual function,oxidative stress and vascular growth factors of patients with diabetic retinopathy,so its application value in the patients with diabetic retinopathy is relatively higher.
