补肾活血通痹汤对老年骨质疏松症患者骨密度及骨代谢指标的影响

Effect of Bushen Huoxue Tongbi Decoction on Bone Mineral Density and Bone Metabolism Indexes in Elderly Patients with Osteoporosis

目的:探讨老年骨质疏松症患者采用补肾活血通痹汤治疗的效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将2020年1月-2022年1月宜春市中医院收治的老年骨质疏松症患者80例分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用补肾活血通痹汤治疗,均治疗3个月。比较两组治疗效果、骨密度及骨代谢指标。结果:观察组总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组股骨颈、Ward’s三角区及L_(1-4)骨密度T值均比治疗前高,且观察组均比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清Ⅰ型胶原羟基端肽β降解产物(β-CTX)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平均比治疗前低,且观察组均比对照组低,两组血清骨钙素(OCN)水平均比治疗前高,且观察组比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:老年骨质疏松症患者采用补肾活血通痹汤治疗效果满意,可提高骨密度,调节骨代谢。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients with osteoporosis who were admitted to Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was additionally treated with Bushen Huoxue Tongbi Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.All the patients were treated for three months.The therapeutic effects,bone mineral density and bone metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density T values of femoral neck,Ward's triangle and L_(1-4) in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serumβ-degradation products carboxyterminal telopeptide of typeⅠcollagen(β-CTX)and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and serum osteocalcin(OCN)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Bushen Huoxue Tongbi Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporosis is satisfactory,which can improve bone mineral density and regulate bone metabolism.
