沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果及对生活质量的影响

Effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets Combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsules in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure and Its Influence on Quality of Life

目的:探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年12月南昌市第一医院收治的124例慢性心力衰竭患者,采用随机数字表法将患者均分为单用组和联用组,各62例。在给予利尿剂、强心剂等常规药物治疗基础上,单用组患者给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片口服;联用组患者给予口服沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联用芪苈强心胶囊。比较两组用药治疗效果、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、N端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、不良反应发生情况及生活质量评分。结果:治疗后,联用组总有效率高于单用组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组LVEF和LVEDD、血清NT-proBNP、ICAM-1水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联用组LVEF高于单用组,LVEDD低于单用组,血清NT-proBNP、ICAM-1水平均低于单用组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组生活质量评分较治疗前均降低,且联用组低于单用组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭效果显著,不增加不良反应,且更利于改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsules in the treatment of chronic heart failure and its influence on the quality of life.Method:A total of 124 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the First Hospital of Nanchang from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected,they were divided into single use group and combined use group by random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional drugs such as diuretics and cardiac stimulants,patients in the single use group were given Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets orally;patients in combined use group were given Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsules.The therapeutic effect,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of combined use group was higher than that of single use group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of LVEF and LVEDD,serum NT-proBNP and ICAM-1 between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,LVEF of combined use group was higher than that of single use group,LVEDD was lower than that of single use group,serum NT-proBNP and ICAM-1 levels were lower than those of single use group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,life quality scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,those of combined use group were lower than those of single use group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsules is effective for treatment of chronic heart failure,with no adverse effects,and is more conducive to improving the quality of life of patients.
