The contradiction between employees’demands for increasing salaries and limited salary supplies of enterprises is increasingly prominent.Based on the probe into the model of total rewards and the functions,this paper mainly introduces the functions of several non-monetary forms of total rewards and relevant suggestions of operation,to meet employees’constantly changing individual needs,which has a boosting impact on stimulating the management efficiency of enterprises and enhancing their levels of productivity.
