异丁烷定向转化技术中催化剂的研究进展

摘要 为了提高C4资源综合利用水平,异丁烷高效转化技术是重要方向。本文综述异丁烷定向转化技术的现状及发展趋势,介绍异丁烷烷基化生产烷基化油、异丁烷脱氢生产异丁烯及异丁烷正构化制正丁烷技术,重点介绍异丁烷烷基化技术、脱氢技术、正构化技术中催化剂的基本情况,并对未来发展提出建议。 In order to improve the level of C4 resources comprehensive utilization,isobutane high efficient conversion technology is the important direction.The current situation and development trend of isobutane directional conversion technology was reviewed in this paper.The alkylation of isobutane to alkylation oil,dehydrogenation of isobutane to isobutene and normalization of isobutane to n-butane were briefly introduced.The basic situation of catalysts in these three technologies such as alkylation technology,alkane dehydrogenation technology and alkane normalization technology were reviewed,and a suggestion on future development was also put forward.
