POE/硅灰石复合材料的构建及其电绝缘性能

摘要 采用熔融共混的加工方式将不同含量的针状硅灰石掺入乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)中制备出POE复合材料,并对力学性能和电绝缘性能进行了测试,同时使用X射线衍射(XRD)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)及傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)对POE复合材料的结构进行分析。力学性能测试结果表明,当硅灰石添加份数超过20 phr时,POE复合材料的拉伸强度呈线性下降趋势,而断裂伸长率变化较小。电绝缘性能测试结果显示,随着硅灰石含量的增加,复合材料的体积电阻率先增大后下降,同时硅灰石含量越多,POE复合材料的介电损耗值越大。此外,FTIR、XRD和SEM的测试结果表明,在加工过程中硅灰石晶型结构未受到破坏,且未与POE发生反应,但随着硅灰石含量的增加,POE复合材料截面的孔洞和裂纹等缺陷增加。 In this paper,different contents of needle shaped wollastonite were blended with ethylene-octene copolymer by melt blending to prepare polyolefin elastomer(POE)composite,the mechanical properties and electrical insulation properties of POE composite were tested.The structure of POE composite was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The test results of mechanical property show when the content of wollastonite is more than 20 phr,the tensile strength of POE composite appears linearly decreasing tendency,while the elongation at break appears little change.The electrical insulation test results show that with wollastonite content increasing,the volume resistance of the composite shows first increasing and then decreasing tendency.And the more wollastonite content,the larger the dielectric loss of the POE composite could be obtained.In addition,the test results of FTIR,XRD and SEM show that the crystal structure of wollastonite is not damaged during the processing,and it does not react with POE.However,with wollastonite content increasing,the defects,such as,holes and cracks in the cross section of POE composite increase.
