摘要
采用万能拉力试验机、热变形温度测定仪、雾度测定仪和差示扫描量热仪等考察了新型磷酸酯盐类成核剂TMP-7对均聚聚丙烯PP-300应用性能和结晶性能的影响,并与市售成核剂TMP-1和TMP-6作对比分析。结果表明,TMP-7在提高结晶峰值温度和缩短半结晶时间上效果优于其他两种成核剂,当质量分数为0.20%时,TMP-7对聚丙烯的结晶峰值温度提高9.41℃,半结晶时间缩短了81.9%。从应用性能上分析,TMP-7是一种高效的增刚成核剂,能有效地提高聚丙烯的弯曲模量、拉伸强度,TMP-7质量分数为0.20%时,提升幅度分别为24.2%和8.5%。同时,它赋予制品优异的耐热和透明性能,TMP-7质量分数为0.20%时,热变形温度提高约17℃,雾度从79.11%降至27.39%。
The effects of a new phosphate nucleating agent TMP-7 on the application and crystallization properties of homo polypropylene PP-300 were investigated by means of differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),thermal deformation temperature tester,universal tensile tester and haze tester,and was compared with commercially available nucleating agents TMP-1 and TMP-6.The results show that TMP-7 is superior to the other two nucleating agents in increasing the crystallization temperature and shortening the half crystallization time.When the addition amount of TMP-7 is 0.20%,the crystallization temperature of polypropylene can be increased by 9.41℃,and the half crystallization time can be shortened by 81.9%.From the perspective of application performance,TMP-7 is a highly efficient nucleating agent,which can effectively improve the Flexural modulus and tensile strength of polypropylene.When the addition amount is 0.2%,the increase amplitude is 24.2%and 8.5%,respectively.At the same time,the product is endowed with excellent heat resistance and transparency.When the addition amount is 0.20%,the thermal deformation temperature(HDT)increases by about 17℃and the haze decreases from 79.11%to 27.39%.
