摘要
卵巢癌具有独特的肿瘤微环境,与肿瘤的增殖、侵袭、转移等密切相关。近些年来,众多研究显示卵巢癌微环境在肿瘤耐药中也起着重要作用。包括免疫细胞、细胞因子、细胞外基质以及缺氧等理化因素在内的众多因子,总体上构建了一个促耐药的环境,而靶向这些因子的治疗也在实验层面上取得了显著的效果。本文介绍了卵巢癌微环境的构成,对卵巢癌微环境中的主要成分以及热点因子在介导耐药表型以及作为治疗靶点阻遏、逆转耐药中的作用进行了概述。
Ovarian cancer has a unique tumor microenvironment,which is closely related to tumor proliferation,invasion and metastasis.In recent years,many studies have shown that ovarian cancer microenvironment also plays an important role in tumor drug resistance.Many physicochemical factors,including immune cells,cytokines,extracellular matrix and anoxia,create an environment that promotes drug resistance.Treatments targeting these factors have already shown significant results at the experimental level.This review introduces the composition of ovarian cancer microenvironment,providing an overview of the roles the main components in ovarian cancer microenvironment and hotspot factors play in mediating drug-resistance phenotypes and suppressing and reversing drug resistance.
