共生理论视角下工程科技创新人才培养的产教融合困境--以集成电路行业为例 被引量:4

The Dilemma of Industry-education Integration in the Cultivation of Engineering Science and Technology Innovation Talents from the Perspective of Symbiosis Theory:Taking the Integrated Circuit Industry as an Example

摘要 集成电路行业人才培养质量紧紧依托于产教融合的深度和效能,但当前产教融合不紧密成为困扰工程科技创新人才培养的难题。基于共生理论,从共生单元、共生模式和共生环境三个方面来阐释集成电路行业人才培养中的产教融合困境之因,具体原因如下:①共生单元之间的矛盾冲突,表现为人才类型与层次的靶向偏离、共生单元的权力差序格局,以及资源供需的匹配失调;②共生模式进化受阻,包括知识共享流通受阻、技术更新换代受阻和人员双向流动受阻;③共生环境保障乏力,如风险与成本分担制度缺位、收益分配制度尚未明晰、审核监管制度未落到实处。未来应通过调和共生单元的矛盾冲突、推动共生模式进化升级、保障共生环境坚实有力等措施,促使企业与高校形成互惠共生关系。 The quality of talents training in integrated circuit industry largely depends on the depth and efficiency of production-education integration.However,the lack of production-education integration has become an important problem troubling the training of engineering and science talents.This study introduces the symbiosis theory,from the symbiosis unit,symbiosis model and symbiosis environment three aspects to explain the difficulties in the integration of industry and education in IC industry talent training.The specific reasons are as follows:first,the contradictions and conflicts between the symbiotic units are manifested as the targeted deviation of talent types and levels,the power differential order pattern of the symbiotic units,and the mismatch between the supply and demand of resources;Secondly,the evolution of the symbiosis model is hindered,including knowledge sharing and circulation,technology upgrading and two-way flow of personnel.Third,the symbiotic environment protection is weak,such as the absence of risk and cost sharing system,income distribution system is not clear,audit and supervision system is not implemented.In the future,we should harmonize the contradictions and conflicts of symbiosis units,promote the evolution and upgrading of symbiosis models,and ensure a solid and powerful symbiosis environment,so that enterprises and universities can form a mutualistic symbiosis relationship.
