摘要
双光梳光谱仪具有高光谱分辨率、超快采样速度等优势,在生化毒气传感、大气污染监测、呼吸气体检测等领域具有重要的应用前景.集成微腔光频梳的出现推动了双光梳光谱仪的小型化,但其光谱分辨率受限于微腔光梳的高重复频率.最近的研究通过对微腔孤子光频梳的泵浦失谐锁定,采用同步扫描微腔谐振峰和泵浦频率,实现了片上扫频双光梳光谱仪,将光谱分辨率提升至12.5 MHz,并进行了气体种类识别与浓度检测的演示.片上扫频双光梳光谱仪的实现为气体吸收光谱的研究提供了集成化的研究工具.
The emerging soliton microcombs have the potential for miniaturized dual-comb spectroscopy(DCS)systems.However,the ultra-high repetition rate of a microcomb limits the spectral resolution of the microcomb based DCS system to~GHz.Recently,the comb-teeth of a soliton microcomb were swept synchronously over a full free spectral range by way of a feedback mechanism that stabilizes and locks the detuning of the microcomb.Taking advantage of this technology,a high-resolution scanning dual-microcomb spectroscopy(SDMCS)system was developed,and gas components and gas concentration were determined by measuring the absorption spectra of gas mixture.
