西部某油田高温高盐环境油套管选材实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 西部某油气田具有超深、高温、高盐等特点,腐蚀环境十分苛刻,失重腐蚀风险极高。常用的抗硫碳钢和不锈钢等材质油套管缺乏在该工况中的试验和现场使用经验。研究P110S、S13Cr、15Cr、25Cr材料在该油气田工况下的腐蚀行为。结果表明:在该油田高温高盐工况中,P110S抗硫碳钢腐蚀极为严重,不能满足现场使用;S13Cr、15Cr马氏体不锈钢发生轻微腐蚀,可满足现场使用。 An oil and gas field in the west has the characteristics of ultra-deep,high temperature,high salt,etc.,the corrosive environment is very harsh,and the risk of weightless corrosion is extremely high.The commonly used anti-sulfur carbon steel and stainless steel and other material oil bushings lack the experience of testing and field use in this condition.The corrosion behavior of P110S,S13Cr,15Cr and 25Cr under the conditions of the oil and gas field is researched.The results show that in the high-temperature and high-salt working conditions of the oil field,the corrosion resistance of P110S sulfur-resistant carbon steel is extremely serious,which can not meet the field use;S13Cr and 15Cr martensitic stainless steel have slight corrosion,which can meet the field use.
