摘要
采用粉末冶金法制备了增强体SiC含量分别为15vol%、20vol%和25vol%的碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料(SiC/Al)。然后采用超声检测方法对复合材料进行了无损检测,并通过金相显微镜观察分析了缺陷的微观组织结构。针对不同体积分数的SiC/Al复合材料,采用超声法测量了其声衰减系数。结果表明:铝基复合材料中存在Al线缺陷,且缺陷的当量尺寸小于缺陷实际尺寸。同一超声测试频率下,随着SiC含量的增加,复合材料的声衰减增大;当SiC体积分数不变时,随超声测试频率增大,复合材料的声衰减增大。
The reinforced aluminum matrix composites with 15vol%,20vol%and 25vol%SiC particles were prepared by powder metallurgy method.Then,the non-destructive testing of composite materials was carried out by ultrasonic testing method,and the microstructure of defects was analyzed by metallographic microscope.The acoustic attenuation coefficient of SiC/Al composites with different volume fraction was measured and calculated by ultrasonic method.The results show that,Al line defects exist in aluminum matrix composites,and the equivalent size of defects is smaller than the actual size of defects.At the same ultrasonic testing frequency,the sound attenuation of the composite increases with the increase of SiC content.As the volume fraction of the SiC remains constant,the acoustic attenuation of the composite increases with the increase of ultrasonic test frequency.
