摘要
研究了固溶温度对GH4099合金金相组织、拉伸性能、高温持久性能影响。结果表明:在1060~1120℃固溶温度范围内,提高固溶温度合金平均晶粒尺寸长大,并且析出物也有一定的长大趋势数量相对减少;固溶温度对室温拉伸强度和塑性影响不大,高温拉伸强度和塑性、持久时间均随着固溶温度的提高而提高。
The effects of solid-solution temperature on the metallographic structure,tensile properties and high temperature rupture properties of GH4099 alloy were studied.The results show that,within the range of 1060-1120℃solution temperature,the average grain size of the alloy grows with the increase of solution temperature.And the size of precipitants also grows in a certain extent with the decrease of the amount.The solution temperature has little effect on the tensile strength and ductility at room temperature.But the high temperature tensile strength,ductility and stress rupture all increase with the increase of the solution temperature.
