This paper expounds that modern apprenticeship has become the direction of modern vocational education reform, the characteristics of modern apprenticeship, and the training mode of electromechanical professional talents based on modern apprenticeship, which is helpful to meet the special needs of electromechanical professional talents training, and to improve the effectiveness of talent training, and analyzes the practice of constructing the talent training mode of "work-study alternation", creating the school-enterprise cooperation platform, and the school-enterprise joint planning and evaluation system.
