摘要
阐述面对自动化创新人才的需求,结合案例中的自动化技术创新能力培养实践,探讨创新人才培养的新模式,通过课程的多元化设计、课程的教学设计和实践、创新训练平台应用、组织学科竞赛的措施,提升学生创新能力。实践表明,该模式较好地实现了提高学生创新实践能力的目标。
This paper discusses the new mode of training innovative talents in the face of the demand for innovative talents in automation, combined with the practice of training innovative ability in automation technology in the case, and improves the innovative ability of students through the measures of diversified design of courses, teaching design and practice of courses, application of innovative training platform, and organization of discipline competitions. The practice shows that this model has achieved the goal of improving students’ innovative practice ability.
