阐述了一种全新的海上风电基建调试模式。在正式电源送达海上升压站前,建立黑启动系统,实现风电场自供电,再利用黑启动系统为风机提供稳定的调试电源,在完成风机各项功能的调试后,帮助风机提前并网。

This paper describes a new offshore wind power infrastructure commissioning mode.Before the formal power supply is delivered to the offshore booster station, a black start system is established to realize the self-power supply of the wind farm, and then the black start system is used to provide a stable commissioning power supply for the wind turbine. After the commissioning of various functions of the wind turbine is completed, the wind turbine can be connected to the grid in advance.
