炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗藏区肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets combined with metformin in treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome patients in Tibetan areas

目的探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮联合二甲双胍治疗藏区肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床效果。方法选取80例藏区肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与常规组,每组40例。常规组单一使用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片进行治疗,研究组在上述基础上联合应用二甲双胍片进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后性激素水平及糖代谢指标。结果两组患者治疗前的各项性激素水平及糖代谢指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的LH、FSH、T及E2均优于常规组,空腹血糖、体质量指数及空腹胰岛素水平低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对藏区肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者,采用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合盐酸二甲双胍片进行治疗,能够明显改善患者性激素水平和糖代谢指标,具有较好的临床治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ethinylestradiol and cycloproterone acetate tablets combined with metformin in the treatment of obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 80 patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome in Tibetan area were selected,they were divided into the research group and the conventional group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets alone,while the research group was treated with metformin tablets on the basis of the conventional group.The sex hormone levels and glucose metabolism indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of sexual hormones and glucose metabolism indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the LH,FSH,T,and E2 levels in the research group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group,while fasting blood glucose,body mass index,and fasting insulin levels were significantly lower in the research group than those in the conventional group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion For obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,the combination of ethinylestradiol and cycloproterone acetate tablets with metformin can significantly improve the level of sex hormones and glucose metabolism in patients with obesity,which has a good clinical therapeutic effect and is worthy of promotion.
