定经汤加减联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of modified Dingjing decoction combined with clomiphene on polycystic ovary syndrome

目的研讨定经汤加减联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法选取60例多囊卵巢综合征患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与试验组,每组30例。对照组采用西医治疗,试验组采用中西医结合方案。比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗安全性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组子宫内膜厚度、排卵率及雌二醇水平均优于对照组,促黄体生成素/卵泡刺激素比值、促黄体生成素及睾酮低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定经汤加减联合克罗米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果显著,且安全性较高,对于患者的子宫内膜厚度及性激素等方面均可达到理想的改善目的,可满足临床治疗需求。

Objective To study the clinical effect of modified Dingjing decoction combined with clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 60 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.67%higher than that of control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in treatment safety between the two groups(P>0.05).Endometrial thickness,ovulation rate and estradiol level of experimental group were better than those of control group,while luteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone ratio,luteinizing hormone and testosterone were lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of modified Dingjing decoction and clomiphene in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome has significant effect and high safety,and can achieve ideal improvement in the endometrial thickness and sex hormones of patients,and can meet the needs of clinical treatment.
