滋肾安胎丸联合黄体酮栓剂治疗先兆流产患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of Zishen Antai Pill combined with progesterone suppository in the treatment of threatened abortion

目的观察先兆流产患者采用滋肾安胎丸联合黄体酮栓剂治疗的临床效果。方法选取62例先兆流产患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组31例。对照组患者采用单一黄体酮栓剂治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上同时服用滋肾安胎丸治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后各项血清学指标变化及各项症状积分。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率为96.77%,显著高于对照组的80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后β-绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平均显著高于对照组,血清糖类抗原125(CA125)水平、各项症状积分均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论先兆流产患者采用滋肾安胎丸联合黄体酮栓剂具有良好的治疗效果,可以缓解临床症状,改善各项血清指标水平,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zishen Antai Pill combined with progesterone suppository in the treatment of threatened abortion patients.Methods 62 cases of threatened abortion were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,31 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with progesterone suppository,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Zishen Antai Pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,changes in various serological indicators,and symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective treatment rate in the experimental group was 96.77%,which was significantly higher than 80.65%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels ofβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),estradiol(E2),and progesterone(P)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the level of serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and symptom scores were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Zishen Antai Pill and progesterone suppository has a good therapeutic effect on threatened abortion patients,which can alleviate clinical symptoms and improve serum levels,and is worthy of clinical application.
