产后保健对产妇产后恢复健康状况的影响

Influence of postpartum health care on postpartum recovery of parturients

目的探讨产后保健对产妇产后恢复健康状况的影响。方法选取进行产后规范访视保健的300例产妇作为保健组,将同期未进行产后规范保健的300例产妇作为未保健组。比较两组产妇产后子宫恢复健康时间、恶露消失时间及泌乳开始时间、恶露量、乳胀状况、泌乳量、总满意度及产前产后的心理状态评分。结果保健组产妇子宫恢复健康时间、恶露消失时间及泌乳开始时间均短于未保健组,恶露量少于未保健组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于未保健组,产后泌乳量多者多于未保健组,量少者少于未保健组,产后乳胀三度明显少于未保健组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。保健组产妇产后总满意度为96.67%,高于未保健组的72.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后保健对产妇产后恢复健康的效果理想,可以推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of postpartum health care on postpartum recovery of parturients.Methods 300 parturients who have undergone standardized postpartum visits and health care regarded as the health care group,and 300 parturients who haven't undergone standardized postpartum health care during the same period regarded as the non health care group.The time of recovery of uterus and disappearance of lochia and lactation start time,the amount of lochia,the number of people with breast distension,the amount of milk secreted,total postpartum satisfaction and the scores of mental state prenatal and postpartum were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of uterus,the disappearance time of lochia and lactation start time in the health care group were shorter than those in the non health care group,the amount of lochia in the health care group was less than that in the non health care group,the scores of postpartum anxiety and depression in the health care group were lower than those in the non health care group,the number of postpartum lactation in the health care group was more than that in the non health care group,the number of patients with low dosage was less than that in the non health care group,and the third degree of postpartum breast distension was significantly less than that in the non health care group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total postpartum satisfaction rate of parturients in the health care group was 96.67%,which was higher than 72.67%in the non health care group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum health care has an ideal effect on the recovery of postpartum health,which is worthy of promotion and application.
