基于“脾主运化”理论探讨Cajal间质细胞功能异常与糖尿病胃轻瘫关系

Based on the Theory of"Spleen Governing Movement and Transformation"to Explore the Relationship Between Cajal Interstitial Cell Dysfunction and Diabetic Gastroparesis

糖尿病胃轻瘫(diabetic gastroparesis,DGP)是糖尿病消化道慢性并发症之一,以机械性胃排空延迟为主要特征。现代医学对该病发病机制尚未完全阐释,研究发现Cajal间质细胞异常与糖尿病胃轻瘫的发生发展密切相关。脾主运化是维持脾胃正常生理功能、促进胃肠运动的关键。因此,作者通过脾主运化理论与Cajal间质细胞功能相关性探讨Cajal间质细胞异常对DGP的影响,以便阐释通过恢复脾主运化功能来调控Cajal间质细胞,改善DGP症状,为临床治疗GDP提供新思路。

Diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)is one of the chronic complications of the digestive tract of diabetes,and its main feature is delayed mechanical gastric emptying.Modern medicine has not yet fully elucidated the pathogenesis of the disease,but studies have found that the abnormality of interstitial cells of Cajal is closely related to the occurrence and development of diabetic gastroparesis.The spleen governs movement and transformation is the key to maintaining the normal physiological functions of the spleen and stomach and promoting gastrointestinal motility.Therefore,the author explores the influence of the abnormality of Cajal interstitial cells on DGP through the correlation between the theory of spleen governing transport and transformation and the function of Cajal interstitial cells,so as to explain the regulation of Cajal interstitial cells by restoring the function of spleen governing transport and transformation,and improve the symptoms of DGP.Treatment of GDP provides new ideas.
