干燥综合征中医辨证分型及临床应用研究概况

Research Progress on TCM Differentiation and Clinical Application of Sjogren’s Syndrome

干燥综合征(Sjogren’s Syndrome,SS)中医辨证分型尚无统一标准。现代医家多以气血津液辨证、脏腑辨证、三焦辨证、六经辨证等方法指导该病的辨证。部分医家重视中医证型与临床指标的相关性,进行了辨证分型与炎症指标、免疫学指标、腺体超声评分及系统损害的相关性研究。文章总结近十余年SS常用辨证方法及中医证型与临床指标的相关性研究,为进一步指导SS中医辨证分型提供理论依据。

There is no uniform standard for TCM syndrome differentiation of Sjögren’s Syndrome(SS).Modern physicians mostly guide the syndrome differentiation of this disease with methods such as syndrome differentiation of qi,blood,body fluid,viscera,triple burner,and six meridians.Some physicians attach great importance to the correlation between TCM syndrome types and clinical indicators,and have conducted research on the correlation between syndrome types and inflammatory indicators,immunological indicators,gland ultrasound scores,and system damage.This article summarizes the commonly used syndrome differentiation methods of SS in the past ten years and the correlation research between TCM syndrome types and clinical indicators,and provides a theoretical basis for further guiding SS TCM syndrome differentiation.
