中医药治疗急性痛风性关节炎的抗炎机制研究进展

Research Progress on Anti Inflammation Mechanism of Acute Gouty Arthritis Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine

痛风(Gouty arthritis,GA)是一种由单钠尿酸盐(Monosodium urate,MSU)晶体在关节囊、滑囊、软骨和肾脏等部位的沉积引起的急性或慢性炎症和组织损伤的疾病。近年来,随着基础研究和临床研究的不断深入,急性痛风性关节炎(Acute gouty arthritis,AGA)炎症发生的机制被进一步认识。该文通过近5年相关文献阐述了AGA发病中涉及的主要炎症因子以及相关信号通路,概述了中药单药、有效成分及经方治疗AGA的相关机制,以期为中医药治疗AGA提供系统可靠的依据。

Gouty arthritis is a disease of acute or chronic inflammation and tissue damage caused by the deposition of monosodium urate crystals in the joint capsule,bursa,cartilage,kidney and subcutaneous areas.In recent years,with the deepening of basic research and clinical research,the mechanism of acute gouty arthritis inflammation has been further understood.This paper expounds the main inflammatory factors and related signal pathways involved in the pathogenesis of AGA through the relevant literatures in the past 5 years,and summarizes the relevant mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine single drug,effective ingredients and classic prescriptions in the treatment of AGA,in order to provide a systematic and reliable basis for the treatment of AGA by traditional Chinese medicine.
