摘要
目的 通过构建决策树形成伏立康唑的精准化给药模式,为临床决策伏立康唑用药方案提供精准的建议。方法 临床药师通过综合肝功能、合并用药、基因多态性等相关因素,获取患者相关资料并进行信息整合,构建伏立康唑精准化给药决策树模型,并依据决策树予以对应的初始治疗方案,再根据血药浓度监测进行后期调整。结果 根据决策树模型,对伏立康唑用药前后相关影响因素进行全面综合分析,为临床提供安全有效的用药建议,并进行优化调整。结论 应用伏立康唑精准化给药决策树模型为临床提供个体化用药方案,保障伏立康唑的疗效性及安全性,并体现临床药师的工作价值。
OBJECTIVE To form a precise dosing mode of voriconazole by constructing a decision tree, to provide accurate suggestions for clinical decision-making of voriconazole medication. METHODS Clinical pharmacists obtained patient-related data and integrated information by synthesizing liver function, concomitant medication, gene polymorphism and other relevant factors to construct a decision tree model for precise dosing of voriconazole, and based on the decision tree to provide the corresponding initial treatment plan. Later adjustments were made according to the monitoring of blood drug concentration. RESULTS According to the decision tree model, a comprehensive analysis of the related influencing factors before and after the administration of voriconazole was conducted to provide safe and effective medication recommendations for clinical practice, and to optimize and adjust. CONCLUSION The decision tree model of voriconazole precision dosing is applied to provide individualized drug regimen for clinical practice, guarantee the efficacy and safety of voriconazole, and reflect the work value of clinical pharmacists.
