摘要
肺癌是全球范围内导致癌症相关死亡的主要原因。肺部介入消融方式为无法行外科手术切除的肺癌患者的综合性治疗提供了新的方式,因其微创、高效、安全、康复快、可重复性强的特点受到临床关注。本文针对经支气管镜方式介入消融治疗周围型肺癌的现状、进展与难点进行了介绍。
Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide.Pulmonary ablation provides a new approach for the comprehensive treatment in those who cannot be surgically treated.It has been highlighted due to the minimal invasiveness,high-effect,safety and repeatability.This review summarizes the current status,the progress and difficulties of bronchoscopic interventional ablation for peripheral lung cancer.
