Modern clinical application of rigid bronchoscopy

硬质支气管镜是观察和干预呼吸道最原始的工具,如今是复杂、危重性气道病变介入干预的优质工具。为规范硬质支气管镜的临床应用,2022年介入性肺脏病学领域的专家制定了《硬质支气管镜临床应用专家共识》。本文着重从介入性肺脏病学角度总结硬质支气管镜的现代应用,尤其是气道介入治疗、操作方法及并发症处理,供临床参考。

Rigid bronchoscope is the most primitive tool to observe the respiratory tract and give interventions,which is now a high-quality tool to provide interventions of complex and critical airway diseases.To standardize the clinical application of rigid bronchoscopy,experts in the field of interventional pulmonology have drafted the"Expert Consensus on Clinical Application of Rigid Bronchoscopy"in 2022.This study aims to summarize the modern application of rigid bronchoscopy from the point of view of interventional pneumonology,especially airway interventional therapy,operation methods and complication management,for clinical references.
