注册制下提高上市公司质量的思考

Thingking On Improving The Quality of Listed Companies Under The Registration System

近年来,浙江省委省政府持续推出“凤凰行动”计划及2.0版,为浙江实现中国特色社会主义共同富裕先行和省域现代化先行提供资本力量。但同时,上市公司高质量发展仍面临较多基础性问题制约,公司治理虽有改善,但深层次问题仍未能有效解决,打击防范财务造假、占用担保等长效机制有待健全,监管手段、协作机制、监管效能等亟需优化提升。注册制下,在提升上市公司数量的同时,进一步提高上市公司质量,是推进浙江经济高质量发展不断走向纵深的应有之义。

In recent years,Zhejiang have continued to launch the"Phoenix Action"plan and version 2.0 to provide capital strength for Zhejiang to realize the common prosperity of socialism with Chinese characteristics first and provincial modernization first.At the same time,however,the high-quality development of listed companies still faces many fundamental problems.Although corporate governance has improved,the deep-seated problems have not been effectively solved.Long-term mechanisms such as combating and preventing financial fraud and occupation guarantee need to be improved,and regulatory means,cooperation mechanisms,and regulatory effectiveness need to be optimized and improved.Under the registration system,while improving the number of listed companies,it is necessary to further improve the quality of listed companies to promote the high-quality development of Zhejiang’s economy.
