金融助力山区县共同富裕高质量发展探索——浙江天台的实践

Exploration of Finance Assisting the Common Prosperity and High Quality Development of Mountainous Counties——Practice of Zhejiang Tiantai

党的二十大报告指出,中国式现代化的本质要求之一是实现全体人民共同富裕。其中,广大山区县是实现全民共同富裕的短板补齐重点。浙江自2021年6月获批创建共同富裕示范区,相关探索走在前列。作为浙江省26个山区县之一的天台县,当地人民银行找准山区共富发展实际,牵头着力发挥金融有力支撑,以“构建金融助富路线图、优化民营经济创富链、铸就乡村奔富主引擎、构筑全民造富生态圈、筑牢山区安富服务网”等探索实践,精准助力共同富裕标杆县建设。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that one of the essential requirements of Chinese-style modernization is to achieve the common prosperity for all the people.Among them,the Vast of mountainous counties should be the short-board to achieve the common prosperity for all.Since June 2021,Zhejiang has been approved to establish a pilot zone area for common prosperity,and the relevant exploration has been at the forefront.Tiantai County is one of the 26mountainous counties in Zhejiang Province.The local People’s Bank of China identified the reality of the development of common prosperity in mountainous areas,took the lead in giving full play to the strong financial support,and accurately assisted the construction of a benchmark county for common prosperity with exploration and practice of"building a financial road map to achieve prosperity,optimizing the wealth creation chain of private economy,building the main engine for rural prosperity,building an ecosphere of prosperity for all,and building a solid wealth service network for mountainous areas".
