摘要
市场上染色用紫色活性染料多由红蓝两支染料拼混而成,由于不同结构染料对纤维的亲和力差异较大,导致染色色光不稳定。文中通过连接基三聚氯氰,将两分子红色发色体同时引入蓝色发色体中,合成了两支紫色活性染料D-1、D-2,采用FI-IR对染料的分子结构进行表征,并研究其在棉织物上的染色性能。结果表明,紫色活性染料D-1和D-2均含有两个最大吸收波长,分别为519、625 nm和539、625 nm,实现了红色和蓝色分子内拼色。与含有两个一氯均三嗪的染料D-2相比,含有两个一氯均三嗪和乙基砜硫酸酯的染料D-1具有较好的提升力和染深性,各项色牢度优良,适合染深浓色。
The violet reactive dyes for dyeing in the market are usually made up of two dyes,but the affinity of the different structural dyes may lead to color instability of dyeing.In this paper,two violet reactive dyes D-1 and D-2 were synthesized,and by connecting base trichlorotriazine,two molecules of red chromophores were introduced into the blue chromophore.The molecular structure of the dye was characterized by FI-IR,and the dyeing properties of the dyes on cotton fabrics were investigated.The results show that two maximum absorption wavelengths of the synthesized violet reactive dyes,D-1 and D-2,are 519、625 nm and 539、625 nm,respectively,achieving red and blue intramolecular color matching.And in contrast to D-2 dye with two monochlorotriazines,dye D-1 containing two monochlorotriazines and ethyl sulfone sulfate have better dye uptake and depth,and fastness of the dyeing fabrics is good,which is suitable for dyeing deep color.
