染料紫檀提取物对羊毛织物染色及功能性探讨

摘要 采用乙醇-水混合体系对染料紫檀心材粉末进行处理并得到提取液,将其用于羊毛织物的染色加工中,重点考察染色工艺条件对其上染百分率和染色织物表面深度的影响,并评价其颜色特征、染色牢度、抗氧化性和对水体中Cr(VI)的去除功能。结果表明:在染色中温度的提高和酸性染浴均有利于其上染百分率和染色织物表面深度的提高,而碱性染浴则不利于其上染;提高染浴中染料紫檀提取液的添加量能够显著提高其上染百分率和表面深度,且其染色织物的颜色特征也有所变化;染料紫檀提取液染色羊毛织物不仅具有较好的耐皂洗、耐摩擦和耐日晒色牢度,而且还表现出优良的抗氧化能力,对两种常见自由基和水体中的Cr(VI)都具有很强的去除特性。 Pterocarpus tinctorius heartwood powders were treated with ethanol and water blending system,and the obtained extract was then used for the dyeing of wool fabric.The influence of dyeing process conditions on the exhaustion percentage of the extract and color fastness of dyed wool fabric was investigated.The color characteristics and fastness,antioxidant activities and aqueous Cr(VI)removal capacity of dyed wool fabric were also examined.The results indicate that elevation of dyeing temperature or acidity of dyeing bath favor can improve the exhaustion percentage and color fastness of dyed wool fabric.While alkaline dyeing bath reduces the coloration of wool fabric with the extract during the dyeing process.Moreover,increasing dosage of the extract into the dyeing bath significantly enhances the exhaustion percentage of the extract and color fastness of the fabric,thus changing their color characteristics.The dyed wool fabric not only has better washing,rubbing and light fastness,but also shows excellent antioxidant activities for both common free radicals and strong removal capacity for Cr(VI)species in water.
