国外智慧体育场馆:转型诉求、实践模式及本土启示

Foreign Smart Stadiums:Transformation Appeals,Practice Models to Follow and Enlightenment for China

研究旨在增强数字赋能体育场馆带动体育消费、服务更高水平的全民健身公共服务体系的能力,促进我国体育产业的高质量发展。分析国外智慧体育场馆的转型诉求和主要特征,总结了主要发达国家智慧体育场馆发展模式,并结合我国智慧体育场馆发展需求提炼启示。研究认为:我国应强化顶层规划,制定智慧体育场馆发展计划;加强合作,鼓励企业参与智慧场馆建设;聚焦重点,大力改造职业体育场馆条件;因地制宜,提高场馆数字化运营能力;技术创新,提升智慧体育场馆消费体验。

The study aims to enhance the ability of digitally empowered stadiums to drive sports consumption,serve a higher level of public service system of national fitness,and promote the high-quality development of China’s sports industry.The transformation demands and main features of foreign smart stadiums are analyzed,the development models of smart stadiums in major developed countries are summarized,and the revelations are extracted by combining the development demands of smart stadiums in China.The study concludes that:China should strengthen top-level planning and formulate the development plan of smart stadiums;strengthen cooperation and encourage enterprises to participate in the construction of smart stadiums;focus on key points and vigorously transform the conditions of professional stadiums;adapt to local conditions and improve the digital operation capacity of stadiums;and technological innovation and enhance the consumption experience of smart stadiums.
