中国经济数字化转型的量化评估、区域差异及动态演进

Quantitative Assessment,Regional Differences,and Spatio-temporal Dynamic Evolution of China’s Economic Digital Transformation

数字化转型是提升创新能力和经济高质量发展的重要方向。为科学合理地测度经济数字化转型实际情况,本文在准确把握数字化转型内涵和驱动机制的基础上,科学构建了数字化转型进程中中国经济数字化水平评价指标体系,并采用组合赋权法测度2011—2020年中国经济数字化水平,而后由点及面地对其区域差异、时空演进动态特征等进行深入分析。研究发现:(1)中国经济数字化水平总体上逐渐上升,但从其截面数据和时序数据来看基数不高;(2)分项指标中,数字化环境保障和数字化要素投入与技术应用得分较高,数字化水平效能效益还未充分体现且具有一定的滞后性;(3)中国经济数字化水平地区差异主要来源于区域间发展差异;(4)时间演进上,总体趋势表现为先下降后略有上升,无极化现象和收敛性的特征;空间演进上,中国经济数字化水平具有明显的空间关联性,集聚模式表现为高-高(H-H)和低-低(L-L)集聚,且仅有重庆、安徽、湖南、湖北、辽宁5个省份向过渡区域跃迁。

Digital transformation is to improve innovation ability and high quality economic development important direction,the digital transformation for scientific and reasonable to measure the economic situation,this paper scientifically constructs the evaluation index system of China’s economic digitalization level in the process of digital transformation on the basis of accurately grasping the connotation and driving mechanism of digital transformation.Combined weighting method is used to estimate the level of China’s economic digitalization from 2011 to 2020,and then the regional differences and dynamic characteristics of spatio-temporal evolution are deeply analyzed from point to area.Research Findings:(1)The level of digitalization of China’s economy has gradually increased in general,but its cross-sectional data and time series data are not high;In terms of items,the scores of environmental guarantee and business digitization in subsystem 2 and subsystem 3 are high,while the scores of efficiency is low,has not been fully reflected and has a certain lag.(2)Regional differences of China’s economic digitalization mainly come from regional development differences.(3)In terms of time evolution,the overall trend shows a decrease first and then a slight increase,without polarization and convergence.(4)From the perspective of spatial evolution,the degree of D digitalization of China’s economy has obvious spatial correlation,and the agglomeration pattern shows high-high(H-H)and low-low(L-L)agglomeration,and only five provinces,Chongqing Anhui,Hunan,Hubei and Liaoning,transition to the transition region.The description of the structural characteristics of China’s economic digitalization level in this paper provides a reference idea for promoting the digital transformation of the economy in various regions,which has important theoretical and practical significance.
