胸外科术后患者疼痛明显,会对患者肺功能产生一定负面影响,并增加患者术后并发症的风险。有效的镇痛对减少夹板和肺不张具有重要作用。本文旨在总结胸外科区域麻醉技术的相关文献,以期为麻醉医生根据手术方法和患者自身情况做出个体化镇痛决策奠定基础。

The pain of patients after thoracic surgery is obvious,which will have a certain negative impact on the lung function of patients and increase the risk of postoperative complications.Effective analgesia plays an important role in reducing splint and atelectasis.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the relevant literature of regional anesthesia technology in thoracic surgery,lay a foundation for anesthesiologists to make individualized analgesia decisions based on surgical methods and patient factors.
