肺结核患者服药依从性的研究进展

Research progress on medication compliance of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

肺结核是严重危害人类健康的慢性传染性疾病,药物治疗是结核病防控的重要手段,较差的服药依从性不但影响治疗效果还可能导致耐多药结核病,增加治疗难度,加重经济负担以及阻碍疾病控制,而服药依从性受多方面因素的影响,为有效提高患者的服药依从性,保证治疗效果,本文就肺结核患者的服药依从性概念、现状、影响因素、干预措施等进行综述,以期为临床开展相关研究提供经验指导。

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease that seriously endangers human health.Medication is an important means of prevention and control of tuberculosis.Poor medication compliance not only impacts the therapeutic efficacy,but also may lead to multi-drug resistant tuberculosis,which increases the difficulty of treatment,aggravates the economic burden and hinders disease control.However,medication compliance is impacted by multiple factors.In order to effectively improve patients’medication compliance and ensure the therapeutic efficacy,the concept,status quo,impacting factors and intervention measures of medication compliance of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis are reviewed in this paper,so as to provide experience guidance for related clinical researches.
