辛夷散鼻腔灌洗对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉术后疗效及嗜酸性粒细胞的影响

Impacts of nasal lavage with Xinyi Powder on postoperative therapeutic efficacy and eosinophils of chronic sinusitis complicated with nasal polyps

目的探讨辛夷散鼻腔灌洗对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉术后疗效及嗜酸性粒细胞的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2022年6月阳春市中医院收治的90例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用辛夷散鼻腔灌洗治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状评分、嗜酸性粒细胞、不良反应发生率及疾病复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组Lund-Mackey、SNOT-20、鼻内镜Lund-Kenndey评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、3个月,观察组嗜酸性粒细胞少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为6.67%、疾病复发率为2.22%,低于对照组的22.22%、13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉术后患者进行辛夷散鼻腔灌洗,可明显减轻炎症反应,提高手术疗效,降低疾病复发。

Objective To investigate the impacts of nasal lavage with Xinyi Powder on postoperative therapeutic efficacy and eosinophils of chronic sinusitis complicated with nasal Polyps.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic sinusitis complicated with nasal polyps admitted to and treated in Yangchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected,and they were divided into the control group(n=45)and the observation group(n=45)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with nasal lavage with Xinyi Powder.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,eosinophils,incidence of adverse reactions(ADRs)and disease relapse rate were compared between the two groups.Results The overall response rate of the observation group was 95.56%,higher than 82.22%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,Lund-Mackey,SNOT-20 and Lund-Kenndey scores of nasal endoscopes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).1 and 3 months after treatment,the level of eosinophils in the observation group was less than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of ADRs in the observation group was 6.67%,and the disease relapse rate was 2.22%,lower than 22.22%and 13.33%,respectively,in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal lavage with Xinyi Powder after operation on chronic sinusitis complicated with nasal polyps can obviously alleviate the inflammatory reaction,increase the surgical efficacy and reduce the disease relapse rate.
