基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace的逍遥散知识图谱可视化分析

Visual analysis of Xiaoyao Powder knowledge map based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

目的通过CiteSpace和VOSviewer分析逍遥散近十年研究现状,了解该领域主要研究脉络及时间线、研究热点,把握研究前沿。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)2012年1月至2022年6月相关研究文献,利用VOSviewer 1.6.18对纳入研究的文献进行核心作者合作分析及关键词共现分析,利用CiteSpace 5.8R3进行关键词突现和时间线图谱等可视化分析。结果共纳入研究文献772篇,发文量呈波动上升。学术团队以陈家旭教授、刘玥芸教授为代表,高频关键词包括逍遥散、抑郁症、肝郁脾虚证、慢性应激、网络药理学、临床观察、大鼠等。其研究发展可分为3个阶段,作用机制及临床经验总结一直为研究的中心,月经病及抑郁症为研究的中心疾病。结论该领域相关研究文献数量较多,范围较广,各作者间虽有合作,但尚未形成较大规模的学术团队;研究方向多能结合时下热点,但仍有潜力,需进一步研究,并打破学术壁垒,形成规模团体。

Objective To analyze the research status quo of Xiaoyao Powder in recent 10 years using CiteSpace and VOSviewer,so as to understand the main research context,timeline and research hotspots in this field,and grasp the research frontier.Methods The relevant research literature of China National Knowledge Infras tructure(CNKI)from January 2012 to June 2022 was retrieved,and VOSviewer 1.6.18 was used to conduct the core author cooperation analysis and keyword collinearity analysis on the included literature in the study;CiteSpace 5.8R3 was used for visual analysis of keyword emergence and timeline map,etc.Results A total of 772 research literatures were included.The number of published literatures fluctuated and rose;The academic team was represented by Professor Chen Jiaxu and Professor Liu Yueyun.The high frequency keywords included Xiaoyao Powder,depression,syndrome of liver depression and spleen deficiency,chronic stress,network pharmacology,clinical observation,rats,etc.Its research and development can be divided into three stages,and the mechanism of action and clinical experience summary have always been the center of research.Menstrual disease and depression are the central diseases of research.Conclusion There are a large number of relevant research literatures in this field,and the scope is relatively wide.Although there is cooperation among the authors,a large-scale academic team has not yet been formed.Most of the research directions can be combined with current hot spots,but there is still potential for further research.And academic barriers sho uld be broken to form a large-scale group.
