猪苓的本草考证

Textual Research on the Materia Medica of Polyporus

目的:梳理猪苓本草源流,为猪苓进一步研究奠定基础,指导其临床使用。方法:通过查阅本草古籍中关于猪苓的记载,对猪苓的名称、产地及采收时间、性味归经、功用、用药禁忌等进行了本草考证。结果:对猪苓进行较全面分析,明确了猪苓的中药基原和应用价值,以期为现代研究和临床用药提供参考。结论:猪苓在我国各地均有生长,采收季节为春秋二季;性味归经主要为“性平味甘淡,归肾、膀胱经”;主要有利水渗湿功效,可治疗水肿、淋浊、泄泻、带下、脚气等证;体内无水湿者忌服。

Objective To sort out the origin of Polyporus chinensis,lay a foundation for further research of Polyporus chinensis,and guide its clinical use.Methods By checking the records of Polyporus in ancient books of Materia Medica,the name,origin and harvesting time of Polyporus,properties,flavor,meridians,functions,and drug taboos of Polyporus were studied.Results This paper made a comprehensive analysis of Polyporus umbellatus,and clarified the origin and application value of Polyporus umbellatus,in order to provide reference for modern research and clinical medication.Conclusion Polyporus grows in all parts of my country,and the harvest season is the second season of spring and autumn;the nature and flavor of the meridian are mainly“flat and sweet,and the kidney and bladder meridians”;it is mainly beneficial to the effect of water infiltration and dampness,and can treat edema,turbidity,diarrhea,vaginal discharge,athlete s foot and other symptoms;should not be taken if there is no water in the body.In this paper,the herbal research of Polyporus chinensis is carried out,in order to provide reference for modern research and clinical medicine.
