基于“固本清源”理论治疗闭经经验探析

Treatment of Amenorrhea Based on“Consolidation of Roots and Qingyuan”

闭经,中医古称“血枯”“经水不通”等,西医学将其分为原发性闭经和继发性闭经。临床治疗上,其病因病机复杂,病程漫长且难治愈,西医主要以激素治疗为主,长期使用会产生依赖性,而中医药治疗相对而言,副作用小,具有独特优势。文章总结了刘怀珍教授治疗闭经病的临证经验,刘怀珍教授认为闭经多属本虚标实,以肝肾亏虚为本,涉及心脾两脏,以痰湿淤阻为标实,主张补益肝肾为主,活血化瘀为辅的根本大法,根据个体化症状佐以健脾祛痰、养阴安神等方药,临床以当归地黄饮及桃红四物汤为底方随证加减,取得良好疗效。

Amenorrhea,traditional Chinese medicine known as“blood dry”,“water impasses”and so on,westen medicine will be divided into primary amenorrhea and secondary amenorrhea.In clinical treatment,due to its complex etiology and pathogenesis,long course of disease and difficult to cure,western medicine mainly uses hormone therapy,long-term use will produce dependence,while traditional Chinese medicine treatment,relatively speaking,side effects are small,has unique advantages.The article summarizes the experience of professor huai-zhen liu to treat amenorrhea,teacher liu thinks the amenorrhoea more than this virtual to real,based on liver and kidney deficiency,involving two dirty glove,phlegmy wet Yuzu as standard,advocated boosting kidney is given priority to,complementary for activating blood circulation of the land,according to the individual symptoms with spleen and eliminating phlegm and nourishing Yin anshen syndromes,clinical angelica rehmannia drink and peach blossom siwu decoction as the base of the increase and decrease with the syndrome,achieved good curative effect.
