慢性再生障碍性贫血是临床中一类常见疾病,临床多表现为皮肤粘膜苍白、耳鸣、倦怠、心悸、头晕、气短等症状,近年来其发病率也在逐渐升高,但现有的西医治疗手段少,且远期疗效欠佳、复发率较高;而中医药在防治血液系统疾病中通过辨证论治具有一定优势,中医认为血液系统疾病属血证病、虚劳病,归其病因不外乎虚实、寒热之属,钟新林教授在临床中发现再障多为虚、寒之证,而心为火脏,主血脉而藏神,神主脏腑生、长、化、收、藏,血脉虚而神不藏,故现心悸、头晕、倦怠之症,以此钟新林教授在诊治血液疾病中从心生血入手,用其独到之处从心与血方面论治,运用益心火、补脾胃、滋阴血之法,在临证过程中屡获奇效。
